SIS will be single point for acquiring, deploying, and managing computer and software assets using both remote discovery tools and physical tracking
Deliverables :
Mapping and display of devices on the LAN's. This will result in a Fixed Asset Register and will be linked to change / configuration management. This includes monitoring and tracking of:
Hardware Inventories.
Software Inventories (Licenses & Media).
Network Components.
Tracking movement of systems - Installation, Movement, Additions and Changes of Hardware / Software in existing as well as new equipments.
Manage Hardware / Software upgrades, and maintain the track of the same.
Monitoring Warranty / AMC details to notify contract renewals.
License Management / Tracking - software.
Assist in conducting periodic Audits on Hardware/ Software assets.
Providing fortnightly reports on current software and hardware assets as well as monthly report on unwanted software loaded in PCs. OS upgrades and maintenance.
